The shop is right beside Aomori station so it's really convenient and easy to spot. The niboshi ramen, made using sardine broth, was extremely flavorful and the noodles had a good texture. The store layout can be a little cramped with little walking space so it's not recommended to bring your luggage and bags inside.

This shop was near Aomori station so its easy to spot! Great kinda retro vibe! Reminiscent of Ichiran Ramen (or did Ichiran get their gig from this?) where you sit down a countertop seat, and your order will come through the window in front of you. Great Ramen broth! I had the 津軽ラーメン "こく煮干し". The soup was not too salty and had a sweet taste to it. It was light and refreshing! They also have options for what kind of noodles you'd like for your bowl so that's nice!

First time having niboshi ramen. I’m a fan of nagi ramen and heard that they predominantly serves niboshi ramen in Japan. Curious, I decided to make it my mission to try niboshi in its place of origins. It’s delicious and I had it twice. Extremely savory and umami, try the strongest version with handmade noodles. I’ll get some packets home with me

The service, price, quantity was good but I personally wasn’t a big fan of the Niboshi ramen. Rice was unlimited, and you could buy extra toppings for the rice. It’s worth trying it out once since it’s one of the specialities of Aomori.

Overall good. The speed the served the food was fast and I like their fish stock noodle, which is very rich in taste.

I found this phrase: "asa ra." It's healthy ramen made with fish. It was so delicious that I cried while eating it.
